English teacher looking for language exchange
Hi everyone.
I'm looking for a native Spanish speaker to start doing a weekly language exchange with me starting sometime in the next couple of weeks.
Please read the whole ad before you send me a message. Thanks! :)
About me:
I'm an English teacher.
I'm 27 and I come from Scotland. I've been in Madrid for three years and live pretty centrally.
I have an intermediate level of Spanish.
I studied archaeology before doing my teaching diploma.
I'm super friendly and sociable. I love being outdoors, going to concerts and exhibitions, political discussion. I like cultural things like museums and sometimes the theatre. I like films and series. I like doing sports, cycling and hiking. I loveee music, travelling, singing and going out with friends for drinks, parties, dinner etc and just generally having fun. I have a sushi addiction.
I am looking for:
A female in her 20s or 30s.
Someone who can meet on a Friday morning. It could change occasionally but I can't usually meet in the evenings. Sorry.
Preferably a Spanish teacher to make this an even exchange. If not a Spanish teacher then someone who has a good understanding of which things might be difficult for someone learning their language.
Someone with a good B1 level of English or above.
Someone who shares some of my interests. I want this language exchange to be fun, for both of us! So it really helps if we have something in common.
Thanks for reading to the end!
I know it's a lot, but I have put ads here before and gotten a gazillion replies. Better to be specific! :)
So....if you're interested, please send me an email and tell me a little about yourself.
Thanks!
Lyndsey :)
