Looking for partner for start-up English Academy

I am in the early days of setting up a small academy in the centre on Madrid and I am looking for someone who is interested in joining me. 

I would like to find someone who has a combination of some of the following things: a background in business, interest in language learning acquisition, experience teaching languages, a proficient level of Spanish and a lot of enthusiasm for starting a new academy.

I am a 31 year old English teacher working as autonomo who has been in the trade for more than 8 years and plan to use my skills to open and run an academy focused on professionals in Madrid.

This would be a joint venture and no wage is offered, your income would depend upon the success of the academy, of course.
