Hi, we are two flatmates (boy and girl) who are looking for someone to fill the third room in the flat. The flat is spacious with an amazing private terrace with lots if room for BBQs or whatever. The flat is fully equiped with a kitchen, two bathrooms and a spacious living room too. The flat is next to Estrecho (line 1) metro station and also Cuzco (line 10) as well as having a BiciMad station outside the door and many bus links. We also have a massive Mercadona right next door. 
We are looking for someone who is laid back and reasonably clean. We speak Spanish, English and French.
The room itself is 330 euros a month bills not included.
