Looking for writers/artists for bilingual anthology!!

Are you a writer, artist, photographer, or translator looking to get some work published??
For the past year and a half before coming to Spain I published five volumes of a short story anthology in the US. The anthology was theme-based, so friends sent me stories that were somehow related to the theme chosen for each volume. I also shared ideas with my friends who sent in animation or photography, so the artwork would be related to the theme.
I'd really like to keep the anthology going! While, in previous volumes, I translated one or two stories from Spanish, I'd really like for future publications to be about half in English and half in Spanish.
