Looking for room to teach private clases will pay monthly

Hi I am a native instructor teaching Madrid for 22 years.
I live 30 kms from the capital.
I have terrible back paimd and find ot difficult to keep moving around.
If you have a room I could use from 10 am to 8pm only mon to friday would not use saturdays. I dont want bedroom just a room. Awaiting upur offers. I'm Irish nayive business and exam instructor.You can send whatssap. Thanks.
