One fully furnished BEDROOM AND a small STUDIO in a spacious and bright 2 and a half room apartment (we’d be living happily in 2!!): sunny balcony to quiet back street, kitchen with new appliances, newly furnished bath-room, spacious dining-living, bed-sofa for your visitors and a very helpful day-porter!
On Calle Jose del Hierro, in between Calle Alcalá and Calle Arturo Soria, 5min walking distance to Metro’s green-line-5 (to La Latina-Chueca-Gran Via) or it’s orange-line-7, (to Avenida America), buses to Cibeles and Plaza Colón and a bike-path straight down into the centre.
You’ll find all imaginable amenities on this street, from fishmonger and a food-market to a hair-dresser and a public sports field with indoor swimming-pool, tennis, and all of it as well as lot’s of restaurants and bars! Lots of free parking space around the house. Room’s furnished, unless you like it otherwise!
You'd be sharing with me, a 33 years old, open minded half German, half spaniard (fluent in Spanish, German, English, Italian and French), who just moved back from Berlin and London to Madrid, where I lived for long, knowing it well, happy to show you around. I my self studied architecture and performative arts. Worked for long in the wine business, combining this with my own projects.
