Qualified candidates will be seniors or graduate students in language/translation related programs/degrees.
During your internship you will be exposed to all aspects of a language service agency. These internships are hands-on positions offering the successful candidates experience in the exciting field of translation services. Interns will work closely with the Project Manager and translators on a daily basis. This will offer substantial opportunities for professional development in addition to the experience of working on specific projects. The successful candidates will participate in a broad range of translation-related activities, including but not limited to:
•	Translation
•	Proofreading
•	Subtitling
•	Transcribing
•	Quality Assurance Checking
•	Terminolgy Management/glossary management

Responsibilities:

•	Translating, editing and proofreading material for small to large size translation projects
•	Perform linguistic quality assurance tasks
•	Complete assigned tasks to high quality
•	Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team under constant time pressure
•	Administration support to project manager and team members
•	Adhere to documented quality standards, style guides and client-specific instructions
•	Evaluate the translations of external resources according to documented standards


Requirements:

•Native in European languages
•Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail is a must
•Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work
•Ability to translate 3000 words per day
•Eligible to work in Spain

Desired skills:
•Degree in translation
•Interpretation skills is advantageous
•Fluent in other European languages
•Familiarity with translation tools
•Subtitling experience
