Hi! We rent a nice room in a big flat with a great terrace in Lavapiés (calle ave  maria)in august. In the fully furnished flat there are other 2 roommates living and a great atmosphere. It is very close to metro line 3 and, a 24 hours Carrefour and all the commodities needed.
