Room needed from Aug28 to Oct4

Do you have a room for this period (Aug28 to Oct4)? I am looking for one as I am in Madrid for work during this time.
My office is nearby the Colón station. So prefere to live close, but if your offer is not too far I would be glad to take it.
I am tidy and work long hours. So would be most of the time during the week busy with work. But up for party and definitely sightseeing over the weekends.
