Room in Atocha 300€ + Deposit

Guy and girl (not couple) searching for a flatmate, next to the Atocha train station, metro and bus stop, Reina Sofia Museum, Retiro Park, Lavapies and the Rastro (sunday market). 

With furniture, kitchen, one bathroom and wifi. 

Both of us are working, young and calm (sometimes... :P) atmosphere. One month of deposit. Expenses is not included (30-40 euro)
