Good storage space and lighting. The apartment is brand new, I've only been here for two months now.
Looking for someone clean and reliable. I'd prefer a girl between the ages of 20 and 30 (I'm a 22 year old female) but I'd be happy to show the place to anyone interested and if we get on well then age or gender doesn't really matter in the end.
Rent: 600/month including everything (electricity, water, internet)
