The metro (1 minute from the apartment, Avenida de la Ilustración) and bus and night buses (in front of the building) connect with the city centre in 25-30 minutes. The area has a lot of green areas, sport facilities and a big shopping mall from five minutes walking. The price monthly is 350 with all bills included+ 1 month of deposit.
