ROOM FOR RENT 320E BILLS INCLUDED NEAR LA LATINA

I have a room for rent ASAP. Its a 3 bedroom flat, all exterior, very bright and open. The room has a queen size bed, closet, and a desk. WIFI, central heating, and water are included on the price, the only thing that is not included is electricity which is about 20 euros more. We are 2 gays guys (28yo and 32yo) looking for a roommate, gay or straight. We are very easygoing, resfectul and responsable.
