looking for second to share rent, by Metro, L6 & L5

My Span. friend wants to rent to me & 1other: 2bedrooms, 350 & 250epm plus share elec & water. 1min. from oporto metro L6& L5.Respond by  mobile only please, only from 10-14, 19-22h.(no web where currently  am). Til end of June, possibility to  continue after.Mod. kitchen, big lounge. Big & small bedroom, I´ll prob. take the smaller. Can arrange meet  by San Bernardo metro sometime.As a friend´s, no wild parties, but some soirees til 24 or 01h at weekends ok.Mature TEFler, arts interests,clean, quiet and seeking the same.Need pay on time, as  she  had  problems with previous.From 1 February, possibly  before.
