Room for rent

My girlfriend, her mum and their dog Rocky (they are bolivian, the dog is spanish) are looking for a native english speaking girl to move into their spare room, located between metro Legazpi and Usera. The flat has a bus stop right outside where the 23 from Tirso de Molina as well as the n15 from cibles both stop. They are looking for 200€ per month (bills included) but as part of the deal you would have to give english lessons to my girlfriend twice a week, her level is low and she's desperate to learn.
