Friendly and Tidy English Teacher Looking For Room to Rent!

My name's Matt and I'm a 39 year old English Teacher. I've been living in Madrid for 3 months and I'm looking for a room in a shared flat. Ideally, I'd like to live around Lavapies/Tirso/Sol or Malasana, share with Spanish speakers (or people learning Spanish) and pay around 350 Euros per month. I'm sociable and tidy and I've lived with lots of different people in lots of different places in my life so I hope I know how to get on with a wide range of people and make shared living a pleasurable experience! I love music, literature, cinema and the arts in general, and I'd like to live in a Spanish-speaking household so I can start progressing beyond A2 level!
