FLATMATE WANTED: ATTIC APARTMENT IN VALLECAS, 325 A MONTH

I'm looking for a responsible, tidy roommate to move in with me and my cat mid January onwards. I'm a 25 year old English girl, and I speak Spanish too. Your gender is not important to me and I'm gay-friendly also :)

The flat has two bedrooms both with double beds, two bathrooms both with showers and two terraces - one large and one slightly smaller which are AMAZING in summer! 
It's in Vallecas and is a 10 minute walk away from both metro Nueva Numancia (line 1, 8 stops from Sol) and Mendez Alvaro (line 6 with cercanias and bus station). There is also a bus stop nearby with buses going directly to Atocha, and there are buses to Retiro and Callao close by too. Condis and Dia supermarkets are a 1 minute walk away. 

I am a smoker but will smoke outside if it bothers you. I'm a friendly, sociable person and I don't want to live with someone who is always shut in their room, however I don't want us to be living in eachothers pockets either. My hobbies include watching football, going to bars and watching movies.
My cat is extremely affectionate and playful and doesn't scratch or bite. It is *essential* that you like cats and don't mind sharing the sofa with him, and giving him the occasional cuddle (as he will definitely ask for them!) 

Rent is 325 euros a month, not including bills.
