Fit Camps

Hi guys,

Im sure everyone is looking forward to the holidays so i will try keep this brief.

This january I will be running fit camp twice a week for anyone who wants to get back in shape or who wants to start feeling and looking great in the new year.

The classes are only €8 per week. This includes the 2 classes,a recovery shake after each class and a free wellness evasluation.
