Poetry Competition

A picture is worth a thousand words, people say. Well, we are only asking you for a few to describe what these photographs (Photos from the Walkin´ Madrid series by Manu Mart (http://manumart.net/#/galerias/walkin-madrid)) say to you. So, unleash your creativity and spit out that poem that´s been sitting in the back of your mind all your life, or put fingers to keyboard and share what your soul says.

The deadline is the 30th September (2015!), so ignore the saying that you can´t rush perfection and hurry up and send us your contribution to elpapoetry@gmail.com.

As you can see we are on a mission to overturn all creative clichés starting from every famous saying in the English language and to be coherent with that lifestyle we offer two original prizes to the best contributions; the chance to have your poem published as part of an e-book, and the possibility to form part of an exhibition to feature at Madrid´s best bars. ¡Ya estáis tardando!
