The room has massive wardrobe space, window, desk etc.....The price for one person is 420 plus bills, which are 50 per month. If you're a couple, it's 490 plus 75 bills. One month's deposit required. MINIMUM stay till the end of June 2016. You will also be required to sign a contract till then. The make up of the flat is responsible working professionals between 21-35, not an Erasmus party flat.
