My French or English for your IT skills

I'm trying to create a website and I just came to the conclusion that I am hopeless. I don't have time to watch hours of tutorials on youtube and read all the pages on wordpress. I need someone to explain to me how to do things and to walk me through everything with patience and simple explanations. I understand some, but I'm obviously not an IT genius.
I'm a native French speaker, I speak English as well, I'm qualified to teach both languages and I'd be more than happy to swap a few hours of teaching or conversation for a few hours of your IT skills. 
I live between Avenida de America and Republica Argentina, happy to meet anywhere with wifi within the Bicimad area.
