Now Hiring!-Bilingual Sales Manager Position

We are a specialty language consulting firm located in Barrio de Salamanca targeting a clientele of executives, professionals, and lawyers, offering a specialized language consulting service (not just the typical language classes) such as legal english, executive business english, banking english, coaching, specialized seminars, and more. 

We are looking to hire a Sales Manager/Assistant Manager who´s primary responsibility would be to generate new clientele (companies, law firms, and individual clients) and sales volume generation for the firm, build and maintain positive and lasting relationships with new and existing clientele, customer service and follow-up, and also assuming the role of General Manager demonstrating leadership and being quick to act, respond, and follow-up in the absence of the GM. 

This role would start in August and the candidate would need to commit to being able to work in Madrid the entire month of August, however, because our office hours in August are reduced, this person would be able to work initially from home, and despite being a full-time post, the amount of hours worked are not as important as the bottom-line sales/volume generation results. (IE: You can make your own hours AND work from home, so long as you are able to show positive sales generation) 

We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, who is ideally fluent in both English and Spanish (A high level of Spanish is a must, as our client negotiations are done in Spanish) with other languages being a plus, good at building and maintaining positive client relationships, and someone who has self-initiative and drive to achieve their goals and winning results. 

The position will offer a competitive base salary (based on experience) PLUS a very generous commission and bonus structure, as well as added benefits (IE: company mobile phone, etc).

Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales/sales management.
