QUALIFIZIERT ENGLISCH LEHRERIN/MUTTERSPRACHLERIN

I am a certified TEFL teacher with over a year of experience.  I have taught students of all ages and levels from a variety of linguistic/cultural backgrounds.  I also have a degree in English literature from an elite American university.  I am available to tutor grammar, conversation, literature, and the verbal sections of standardized exams (GRE, SAT I, SAT II) to private students or small groups.  I prefer to organize lessons around a textbook (or syllabus) chosen on the basis of the student's particular ability and aims.  We can meet in a central location, or I can come to the student's home.  I am also happy to edit papers, resumes, or applications (rate dependent upon length and subject).
