Language echange. Speaking/Writing

I'm studing English and I would like improve my listen and speaking level. My level is pre-intermediate/intermediate. I'm insteresting in conversation trouhg Skipe, face to face, and echange littles writings for improve vocabulary, grammar, idioms, etc.
I'm 35 years old. I'm a teacher, psicholgist and a Social Educater.
