English teacher to start 1st September

Hello everyone!
We have two positions to cover, both involve classes from Monday to Thursday. 
 1 temporary position/ substitution in Barcelona zip code 08038 from September to January
 1 permanent position in Esplugues zip code 08950 (artistic background appreciated)
We receive new enrolments in September but for now these are the conditions:
This is the first estimate 12 teaching hours/week +40€ admin =864€ gross/month 

Admin includes filling in a spreadsheet with the summary of each class (the number of the pages that you've covered) and checking tests. 
Most of these classes are group classes with kids or teens so the salary doesn't fluctuate unless you do some private classes too. We could also offer some private classes on Wednesday morning.
