SPORTS LEAD COACH

Company Description
At Little Kickers Barcelona, ??we offer an introduction to sport in English for girls and boys aged 18 months to 8 years. Learning Through Play the FUNdamentals of football! We run family sessions, extracurricular activities, camps, and birthday parties!


Role Description
We are looking for a SPORTS COACH to join us immediately and for a long term position (commitment to continue next year). You must have a high level of English, love sport and work with children, as it involves leading psychomotor skills sessions and football-based activities for girls and boys in their first stage of growth. We will train you to be a LK BCN Lead Coach for Saturday morning family sessions and also to lead after-school sessions and birthday parties on your own.


Qualifications
Work experience in football/sports and education with young children
Ability to create and implement engaging sports sessions (we will train you)
Native or excellent English speaking and some Spanish/Catalan is a plus
Basic knowledge of football techniques, tactics, and rules
Ability to motivate and inspire children and their families
Passion for working with children and promoting physical activity
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Punctuality, professionalism and social skills
Leisure and Sports Activities Instructor title is a plus
Experience working in sports and/or arts & crafts camps is a plus
Permission to work in Spain
First aid course is a plus

Planning and delivering sport sessions

Good communication with the Assistant coach
Taking care of the equipment

Availability: Saturday morning (family sessions) + Monday and/or Tuesday and/or Wednesday afternoon (extracurricular activities). Possibility of a part-time or full-time contract during camps (Winter Camp, Spring Camp and Summer Camp). Specific days for birthday parties.
