Freelance ONLINE English Teacher for Barcelona-Based Academy

Diagonal English is looking for teachers to join our team for an immediate start.

Based in Barcelona, we are an adult-only online academy that uses its own unique system of teaching English that focuses on learning through interesting and meaningful speaking practice.

Classes are taught through our online platform and all the material is provided for you.

We recognise that our teachers are our most important asset and we pride ourselves on creating a professional, enthusiastic, and highly spirited team of teachers who really enjoy what they do.

What we’re looking for:

Registered autónomo or have the ability to provide invoices. (Please refrain from applying if you do not meet this requirement)
CELTA / TEFL Certified.
Minimum 2 years experience.
Experience in teaching both online and face to face.
Available to teach in the afternoon and evenings online.
Responsible, fun, and enthusiastic as well as being open to a variety of teaching approaches.
Immediate start.

What we offer:

Rate - €16-18 per hour (depending on experience)
10-15 hours a week with the possibility of more depending on the teacher’s availability.
Initial training (required for all new teachers) and ongoing support.
Pre-prepared material ( minimum prep time required).
Blocked hours.
Online classes.
