Hello-

My name is Alison. I'm a yoga instructor and reiki II practitioner from USA. I live in the center of Barcelona.

Yoga was meant to be shared 1:1. It is a very personal experience, and I am offering a chance to help you reconnect to your body based on your personal needs. I provide yoga classes shared in english at your home.The type of yoga I offer is Hatha or Yin. The classes are normally 1 hour and 15 minutes. One hour of yoga with 15 minutes of reiki at the end. The price of the class is 15 euros, but can be negotiated if you have financial constraints. If interested, send me an email to discuss availability.

*You must be able to provide your own mat and you must have enough space for us to practice effectively.
