Creative people wanted for Summer camp

I just rented a big house near Madrid, its located right next to great hiking trails and only a little bit more than an hour away from Madrid.( By bus)
English teaching Summer camps are very popular in Spain.
So, anyone interested in starting a project like this?
There is no investment required since the house is already furnished.
My idea is to combine classes with hiking or mountain bike tours or other things?
The house is big enough to let people stay overnight.(6 rooms)
