The Company.

Our client is a service provider specialized in Claims Management for the Insurance Industry.

The Job.

In this role, you are the main point of contact for customers:
– Handle incoming calls and understand customer's inquires and situation
– Provide customer with necessary information and advise them on the right solutions
– Organise the modalities of intervention with third parties involved
– Process Claims in accordance to the company standard and policies and always ensure that a high level of customer service is provided
– Prioritize claims according to level of urgency
– Keep your knowledge of service levels and company information up to date
– Ensure compliance with quality standard and KPI's
– Directly report to the Team Leader

Your Profile.

– You have a native level of French. Fluency in English or Spanish is a plus.
– You have minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service in a Call Centre, preferably in After Sales, Quality or Complaints management
– You are already settled in Barcelona, and hold the NIE
– You have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and telephone manners 
– You easily establish relations with clients
– You are professional and focus on delivering quality work
– You can handle complains and stressful situations
– You are emphatic and have the ability to adapt your attitude to the diversity of customers
– You are a real team player and contribute to a nice working environment
– You can handle data on a confidential manner and work autonomously
– You are reliable, punctual and respectful

The Offer.

– Salary of 17.500€ / year + 10% bonus
– Job from Monday to Friday 8:30/9:30 to 17:30/18:30
