Hello! I'm Monica, I'm 43 years old, I'm active and I lead a pretty healthy life. I share the house with another girl of similar age and lifestyle. We are looking for partners to share the house. There are 2 rooms available. The house is quiet, spacious and has lots of sunlight. It's a two story house, with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, garage, terrace and a small pool. It is fully equipped (except TV). The price of the room is 450 including expenses.  It is 5 minutes walk from the train station and the beach. It is 30 minutes by train from Barcelona (there are many trains a day). There is a direct bus from the house to the Tecnocampus of Mataró. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. I have a dog of average size of 5 years. Come and see the place!
