My English for your Spanish

I'm looking for people interested in a group or one to one language exchange.

I currently work early mornings until the afternoon, therefore have availability in the evenings, Friday afternoons and/or on weekends.

My level of Spanish is A2 - B1. I need to learn as much Spanish as possible, because it will support me with my future career intentions. My main problem is understanding spoken Spanish.

I need to exchange with someone who will correct my Spanish and equally split the exchange between English and Spanish.
