It's situated close to Delicias and Legazpi metro stations, 10 min to Sol, 15 min Atocha train station and close to Madrid Río (Matadero). Good conections in general. I am looking for a friendly,  prof, clear and dof friendly person.
House: 2 bedrooms,  full bathroom,  big saloon and balcony,  kitchen complete. 
Price: € 320 per month. Heating and internet include. Only have to pay for electricity and water divided 2 way.
