DOUBLE ROOM IN FLAT NEAR RETIRO PARK

Hello! I am renting a furnished room in a shared flat with a guy and girl beginning on June 1st. It's well situated, close to the metro "Menendez Pelayo", a 5 min by walk from "Retiro Park", a 12 min metro ride to Sol, close to train station (Atocha Renfe) and bus stations. We are young working professionals and would like someone similar.

House: 3 Rooms, 2 Full bathrooms, Big Hall, Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. 

Price: 300€ with double bed or can put a single bed to make room bigger. Water and gas are included, only have to pay for electricity and internet divided 3 ways (around 30€ a month).
