Big&sunny room for July and August in Madrid

In a shared flat 15 minutes from the city center by metro (metro Urgel) I rent a pretty room for 2 months (July and August). The flat is big, exterior, full of light, 3 rooms, 1 living room, a terrace, a kitchen and a bathroom. For these months there might be living one person in the flat or sometimes even nobody. The room costs 300 euros all included (rent+costs+internet).
