Line 1 location, Valdeacederas.
Quiet Street and quiet neighbours.
Very big park 3 minutes away.
Located next to many shops and bars. 
Night bus from Cibles to Plaza de Castila and also close to our Street.
Large  and clean flat with 2 balconies.  Good size living room. 
270 per month with bills.
