PILATES CLASSES IN ENGLISH

Hi everyone! I'm an AFAA certified Pilates instructor offering classes in Madrid at Centro El Horno (Calle de Esgrima, 11, Metro: Tirso de Molina, Lavapiés). Classes are on Thursdays and Saturdays at 4 p.m. in room 7 (all the way at the top of the stairs). Classes are moderate intensity and offer a variety of modifications to suit all levels. If you're looking to increase core strength, tone up for summer, improve your emotional wellbeing, or just be part of an awesome community, come try my classes! This week only: first three people at each class are free! Everyone else: 8 euro for Thursday class and 10 euro for Saturday class! (You do not need to be a member of El Horno to attend these classes!) See you there!
