Spacious comfortable room for rent in barrio Salamanca.

Hello!
My housemate is going back to the States by the end of April so I´m looking for a new flatmate!

The flat is located in barrio Salamanca, next to Metro Lista, Manuel Becerra and Diego de León it's completely furnished and has a nice terrace.

The bedroom is very spacious, exterior and it has a single bed and a big window that gives to Francisco Silvela.

You'd be sharing with 1 and a half people ;-) 
I live there all the time (we'd share a bathroom) and then there's Roberto, who leaves in Berlin but comes some months of the year. He is lovely, has his own bathroom and he's very chilled as well.

I´m not home very often... leave home early and come back quite late. I´m very independent and all I ask for is someone clean and easy-going. 

The price of the bedroom is 350 plus bills, which are never more than 50 euros. There's central heating included, which makes a huge difference during winter and there's a cleaner who comes once a month as well. 

Landlady asks for a nómina and a month deposit.
