Hello everybody! 

We have a nice free room in our flat. It's completly furnished (bed, desk, closet etc.), it has a window and heating. 
The flat has a big living room and kitchen for common use. 
We are very good ubicated in the historical center of Madrid - La Latina. There are supermarkets near by, as well as the famous bar zone of La Latina. We are 10 minutes away from the Plaza Mayor, by walking. And the metro station is just 3 minutes away. 
Rent is about 360€ + 40€ bills.
