We are looking for a 3rd flatmate to share with 2 other professionals, 1 male and 1 female, both teachers.
There is a small single room with lots of storage space for 270 euros each month, plus bills.
Large living room and bathroom, plus 2 balconies in a very quiet área/Street.
Location is between Plaza De Castilla and Tetuan on line 1. The metro is Valdeacederas, and you can walk to Plaza De Castilla from the flat in 10 minutes.
Lots of shops and bars nearby and a large park 3 mins away.
