We are a primarily English speaking flat (aunque también hablamos español). made up of two boys (one English and one American) and four girls (one English, one French, one Spanish and one Peruvian). In terms of work and study, we are a mixture of students and auxiliares. We all get along well and are looking for someone to fill the last room in our flat from April 1st.

We are situated in Arguelles/Quevedo area, near to universities and a vibrant student population. The flat is just 10 minutes from the centre of Madrid. In terms of metro you have: Arguelles (line 3,4 and 6), Quevedo (line 2) and Islas Filipinas (line 7) all within 10 minutes walking distance.

The room costs 315 euros all included.
