Free room, Madrid center, La Latina -short term accepted-

Hola a todos. 

We offer a free furnished room (bed, desk, closet, night table ...) in our flat, 3 minutes away from metro station La Latina. And 10 minutes away from Plaza Mayor by walking. 
The room has window and heating! 

The rent is about 400€, all bills and wifi included.
There are supermarkets near to the flat, as well as the famous bar zone of La Latina.
