Exchange in Malasaña

Hi there! I´m looking for native English speakers who are close to my age (preferably 30-45) for a language intercambio while going to concerts at La Casa Encendida, checking exhibitions at Caixa Forum or some other "alternative" scene. There are so many good things going on in Madrid...If you find this a bit "exhausting", I can settle for meeting for a couple of beers in Malasaña...:)
