BIG room in Santiago Bernabéu- lots of storage.

We are looking for a guy or a girl to share a 3 bedroom flat with 2 more people.
LOCATION:
In avenida Concha Espina and Paseo de la Habana- in one of the smartest areas of Madrid. Very safe and central.  3 minutes to Santiago Bernabéu station and 10 minutes to Nuevos Ministerios.
THE FLAT:
The Flat is very bright, and cosy, and has a fanatastic central heating (cold months) that keeps it nice and warm. High ceilings which keep it cool in the summer. There's a Kitchen + a pantry, and two bathrooms (a full bathroom and a small toilet). There's also a parking lot available at 50 euros a month.
THE ROOM:
It's very spacious and has a lot of storage place. It's ideal for someone who has been in Madrid for a while and has lots of things. It comes with one or two single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. (However, I can also get rid of the beds if the person brings his/her own bed)|The room has TV connection and a separate wardrobe around the heater that can be used as a clothes dryer.
FLATMATES: 
A language teacher from Argentina and a pianist from Valencia (ages 28-35). We are laid back people but we like to keep the common areas clean and tidy.  We are looking for someone, with a bit of common sense and a good attitude. We welcome other nationalities and languages.
Rent is: 400 + expenses 
Deposit: 400
Expenses: 50 fixed every month to cover (water, gas, electricity, internet, phone (just for landlines) and central heating).
Optional parking: 50
