ROOM IN LAVAPIES

Hey Guys,

My name's Rich, I have a room available in a really modern 2 bedroom flat. My current room-mate is leaving on the 30th of December so ideally i would like someone to move in on the 1st of jan or as close to that date as possible.

It's in Lavapies, literarily 2 minute walk to Lavapies metro (line 3), 3 min walk to Tirso de Molina (line 1), 5 minute walk to La Latina (line 5) and 5 minute walk to Embajadores Cercanias, so really well connected to transport. You can also walk to Atocha Renfe in about 10-12 Minutes. Plus, 15 min walk to Sol so very very central.

The Price is 350 + Bills but the water is included in the 350. What ever the bills are at the end of the month the landlord sends it to me and we split it right down the middle. The deposit is 1 months rent and the minimum stay is 3 months.

I already have 20mb Internet and the house came with almost everything new, (even plates, cups etc). The room available has a double bed, double wardrobe with a mirror and shelves inside. Even includes bedding (duvet, pillows). The landlord is an incredibly nice guy as well and speaks English.

So to summarise i put the important figures below:

Rent: €350 + BILLS (Gas, Electricity, Internet)
Bills: €50-€75 *ESTIMATE ONLY* (varies from winter to summer)
Deposit: €350 (1 months rent)
Minimum Stay: 3 MONTHS (after 3 months its a monthly rolling contract)
Furniture: FULLY FURNISHED / AIR CON / BEDDING etc
