Private Class near Metro Estrecho/Santiago Bernabeu, 4x/week

The facts...
-It's about a 5 minute walk from METRO ESTRECHO or a 12 minute walk from METRO SANTIAGO BERNABEU.
-Horario: LUNES A JUEVES, 14:45-16:00 (may be able to change the time by about 45min, but would prefer someone at this time because some days she leaves work at 16:00, justo después de la clase). 
-Start date: To begin ASAP!
-Pay: 18eur/hr which adds up to 90eur/wk for the 4 days.
-A decent/high level of Spanish is preferred (but not required), for when she can't express herself and needs help translating what she would like to say or words she doesn't know.
About Paloma...
-She's in her late 20's. She works as a receptionist for a stock exchange company. She has an intermediate/B1 almost B2 level and needs to improve her English (she has suspicions that in a year or so they may send her fuera de España).
