Beautiful spacious piso to rent on C/Alcala, very nice area. It's directly opposite metro Principe de Vergara which has lines 2 and 9. 2 mins walk to Retiro park and Goya.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which belongs to the woman who already lives there. She is looking for someone friendly, relaxed, responsible and relatively quiet. She is very kind and easy to live with. Perfect if you want to improve your Spanish. She also has a lovely little dog who is really sweet and well behaved.

370Euros per month, bills not included, but work out about 30 per month. The apartment has central heating, stove and wifi.
