295€ rooms in Malasaña

Hi! I'm looking for three roommates to move in next week. The rooms are 295€ each, bills not included. Flat is fully furnished and super well located (between bilbao and san bernardo metro stops and 5 minutes away from tribunal). It's a really cool area with loads of things to do and plenty of bars, clubs and pubs (probably the best area of madrid to go out). The street the fat's located in is fairly quiet though. There are supermarkets nearby and convinience stores right opposite to the flat.
