Room for rent in downtown Madrid

Hi, we are tree girls in our twenties. We are looking for a fourth GIRL to share an apartment in Tirso de Molina, Madrid. The apartment is situated in a quiet street, it got big windows and a balcony. At the moment it's undergoing a complete renovation which means everything will be completely new when we move in the 1 OF NOVEMBER! We would like you to be clean and non-smoking. 

I haven't got any pictures of the apartmente since the renovation isn't finished but, if you're interested we could visit it together.

Price a month: 450 euros + gas etc
