offer room in exchange for English

I offer a room at home and Spanish conversation in exchange for english lessons to my son (8 years old) 
The teacher would pay the half of the expenses (light, gas, water, neighbourhood, maidlady...), and share the homeworks with me.
I live in Alcalá de Henares, beside the Garena´s train station. Avenida Juan Carlos I, nº 7, ALCALA DE HENARES
